All prices provided on this site in Euro’s (and all other currencies different to £ British Pound Sterling) are guide prices only, based on exchange rates that were correct at the time of publishing.

Errors / Omissions

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. All prices shown on our website include VAT.

Delivery charges are clearly highlighted prior to final payment and will depend on the speed of service you choose and delivery destination point.

Orders and Cancellations

When you submit an order to us on our website, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been shipped for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery. Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive. All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

We offer a premium and extremely reliable delivery service using premium couriers UPS. On most products you will be kept informed of your order with full tracking and will be either emailed or sent a text to say when your parcel will arrive with a 2 hour delivery window throughout UK & Europe so you are not waiting around all day for a parcel delivery.

UK shipping is generally £4.99 inc vat with UPS. See below for more options. Shipping can be calculated directly from your postcode at the Shopping Cart.

We can also provide UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY if the order comes through early enough to us (please email us or call or use the live chat if you require that service).

Delivery Notifications - If you can provide a mobile number and/ or an email address when you place your order, you will receive a notification of delivery the day before delivery. This is throughout Europe. This notification will also allow customers at residential addresses to REDIRECT delivery to an UPS ACCESS POINT (pickup zone) of their choice if not going to be in. Delivery Speed / Timescales

UK items are all shipped next day if ordered before 4pm.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. Delays are rare to our courier services but they can happen especially in busy periods and no refunds can be made for delays to any postal service whatsoever. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. We reserve the right to change the courier services at any time.


All items are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel any item ordered at any time and provide you with a full refund.

When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment as soon as we have investigated with the courier.

Where an incorrect address has been given to Bwow.co.uk we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 24 hours of delivery and any photographic evidence should be immediately submitted. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours. Please sign the consignment document 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.

PO Box Deliveries

Deliveries are made by courier and require a signature on delivery, for this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address. However you can re-arrange delivery to a UPS Access Point location You can use the access point as the delivery address. To find your nearest worldwide access point visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff/. You will be notified once it arrives by text or email.

If a PO address is used in the address and it is returned to us you must pay for the redelivery costs to another address as its not possible to manually check all addresses for PO addresses. This applies particularly to Cyprus or countries where PO box is used as standard term on the address.


We offer a simple and easy returns service providing you with complete peace of mind and all our products come with at least a 12 month warranty. In the event of any returns simply email us using the contact form above to arrange the return and obtain the correct return address for your product (please do not return packages without emailing first).

When returning any package you must ensure all goods are properly packaged and boxed prior to return as any damaged goods cannot be accepted. You must pay for any return postage costs. Only packages returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded.

Returning Non faulty goods:

We offer 14 days money back guarantee on most goods except personal hygiene products such as masks which can only be returned if faulty or if the items are unopened.

In the event that the customer arranges to return items which are not faulty, the customer is responsible for the bearing the cost of the return back to Bwow.co.uk. The average weight of units shipped is between 1-5kg which costs approximately £5 to return via courier (based on www.Parcel2Go.com with no insurance). The customer is responsible for ensuring that the unit is returned securely, safely and in new condition. The unit must be returned in appropriate protective outer packaging to ensure its safe arrival back to Bwow.co.uk as the customer is responsible for any damage caused to the unit before its return. Any items received in non-new condition may be refused for return or may be subject to a restock fee at Bwow.co.uk's discretion.

You have 14 calender days to return the product for a refund. (if the goods are faulty see below). Please email Bwow.co.uk (using the contact form above). If outside of this period we reserve the right to refuse the goods without refund or to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.  You can either arrange a free exchange for another product or request a refund. Only one exchange can be made per customer per order.  After 14 days, returns will only be accepted in the event the goods are faulty. Goods that are returned for repair in December/ January may incur an extra 2/3 weeks processing time due to holidays.

Pico Genie range of products offer a full refund assuming the goods are returned within the 14 day returns period in the condition they were purchased in and we reserve the right of refusal or charge a restock fee at our discretion for any items that are damaged. All other product returns maybe subject to a 20% to 25% restock fee depending on the brand. Returns must be returned in the condition they were purchased in.

Returning Faulty Goods:

Most products come with a 12 month warranty. Batteries (if in-built) are classed as consumables and include a maximum 6 month warranty. Any products must be used only with the original power supplies to avoid infringing the warranty.

If the product is within the warranty period please email us using the contact us form above. We will inform you where the goods need to be returned so we can arrange a repair. Please DO NOT send to any of the addresses marked on the website or this will considerably delay your return. Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 24 hours of delivery - claims may not be accepted after this time. Please note, in cases of claiming for damage the product and the packaging must be retained for inspection, otherwise this may invalidate any claim submitted.

Only packages returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded. If any goods are returned in an incomplete manner or without pristine packaging, Bwow.co.uk at it's discretion can either reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or Bwow.co.uk can choose to charge a restock fee of twenty per cent. Please check you have returned all small items such as manuals, cables, batteries etc. Bwow.co.uk will do everything possible to facilitate any returns or cancellations.

Returning Goods From Outside the UK

Please note the customer is responsible for returning goods back to the UK at their cost whether the goods are faulty or unwanted within 14 days of order.

Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import. You should always confirm what the import tax and duties will be before placing your order, these charges will normally be accepted by the courier used to deliver your goods and passed on to you at the point of delivery. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Please note this charge is levied by your government not by Bwow.co.uk and we have no control over it. If you or someone acting on your behalf rejects the goods at the point of delivery then Bwow.co.uk may charge you for any associated delivery and administration charges.  Import taxes can be calculated usually online by a government tax website or via a courier website.
